LOW CARB ROAST BEEF ROLL-UPS WITH HERB CREAM CHEESE

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces sliced roast beef lunch meat
  • 1 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened
  • 2 Tablespoons Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Mix the cream cheese with the Italian seasoning and garlic powder until blended.
  2. Spread about 1 Tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture over 1 slice of roast beef.
  3. Roll tightly and repeat.
  4. Place the roll-ups on a plate with seams down and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before slicing.
  5. Cut into 1/2 inch slices before serving.
