Low Carb Nachos

This one is for all of my keto and low carb friends! In case you haven’t heard, the Ketogenic diet is a low carb, high fat/protein diet that gives you incredible results ūüėČ


Ingredients:

  • 4 bell peppers (any color)
  • 1lb ground beef
  • 2 cups salsa
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 2 cups shredded cheese

Directions:

  1.  Preheat oven to 350
  2. Slice bell peppers and place on a baking sheet
  3.  Brown ground beef, add chili powder
  4.  Mix ground beef, salsa, and 1 cup of cheese
  5.  Spoon mixture onto bell pepper slices, top with remaining cheese
  6.  Bake for 20-30 minutes
  7.  Serve immediately with salsa, sour cream, guacamole, or other favorite nacho toppings!
  8. Enjoy
