Keto Deviled Egg Salad
This is intended to be eaten as a whole meal rather than a side dish. If you want to make it a side, use 3 eggs and cut other ingredients in half.
- 5 eggs hard boiled – peeled
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp yellow mustard
- 2 tbsp chopped bacon
- 1 tbsp chopped chives
Chop up the hard boiled eggs into 1/2 inch chunks.
Combine all ingredients into bowl with eggs.
As you mix the ingredients with the eggs, push down to mash up the yolks as well.
This is meant to be served as an entire meal.
