Cauliflower Bites

These Cauliflower Bites are the easiest and tastiest Keto or low carb snack!

Ingredients

  • 5 egg whites
  • 1/2 cup cauliflower
  • 1 cup shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Mix Cauliflower, 1 cup shredded cheese and egg whites into a mixing bowl and let it sit for 5 minutes.
  3. Generously grease bottom of muffin tin. If you want mini low carb cauliflower cheese bites, use the mini muffin tin.
  4. Add approx 1 Tablespoon mixture to the bottom of your muffin tin. She above photo for reference. Sprinkle on extra shredded cheese.
  5. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Edges with be golden brown.
  6. Let sit for 5 minutes, pop out of muffin tin with a spoon and enjoy crispy cauliflower and cheese bites immediately!

  1. These look tasty! Quick question about the cauliflower…is it chopped? Obviously it’s not full florets, but wondering how it’s prepped. I keep cauliflower rice in the freezer and wondering if that would work for these. Thanks!
