My all-time favorite thing about the keto diet (I mean besides all of the weight I’ve lost) is the fact that I don’t have to give up my sweet tooth. I’ve never been on a diet before where dessert was allowed and even suggested to hit your daily fat intake.

Many people not that when their body goes into ketosis their sugar cravings almost completely disappear. I think that might be the case for people who didn’t have that much of a sweet tooth in the first place. But not me. I’ve always loved sweets and desserts were the #1 reason that all of my previous diets failed.

I couldn’t bear the thought of never enjoying dessert again.

Now that I’m on the ketogenic diet, I can enjoy desserts, but there’s another issue. I’m a terrible baker!

That is why these no-bake keto desserts are PERFECT. You can’t mess these up. Even when you are an awful cook like me. 😉
